Do I need to be there?
No. A lot of our work is for families who live elsewhere, and for solicitors and agents who simply hand us the keys. We clear, we lock up, we confirm.
Can you clean the property after?
Yes, that's our after-clean service. The property comes back ready for viewings or new tenants, not just empty.
